Since 2000, our Mumbai atelier has developed and produced hand embroidery — bead and sequin work, zardozi, aari and tambour embroidery, thread work and 3D appliqué — for couture, bridal, eveningwear and ready-to-wear houses. The model is the same in every city: a swatch folder to judge the work, sampling against a stated cost, correction rounds to an approved master, and production checked panel by panel against that master before it ships. Our office is in Mumbai, and our sales representative in Dallas, TX supports clients across time zones.

No. Our atelier and office are in Mumbai, India, and our sales representative is in Dallas, TX, USA. We serve designers in Paris, Milan, New York, London, Beirut, Los Angeles and Dubai remotely — sampling by courier and finished embroidery shipped to each city. Our team also travels to New York for appointments during the development calendar.

How does a designer in one of these cities start working with the atelier?
Ask our office for the current swatch folder, then send artwork or a tech pack for the styles you want developed. Our artisans stitch a sample swatch with a stated cost, corrections are refined to an approved master, and production is checked against that master before shipping.
