Our team keeps that rhythm predictable — a named contact, agreed update days, and photographs at agreed stages — so a development never waits on silence. For awards-season and bridal-market deadlines, sampling is planned backwards from the date the embroidery has to be in the workroom.

Send artwork or a tech pack and our artisans return a costed sample swatch; corrections refine it to an approved master, and production is checked against that master panel by panel. Finished embroidery is packed for delicate embellished work and shipped to Los Angeles on the house's preferred courier arrangement.
