1. What is our lead times for sampling and production?

   Our general lead times are usually 3 weeks for sampling and 6 weeks for production. We can also rush URGENT projects depending on the type of work requested for an additional Fee.

2. Can you maintain privacy of our designs?

   Yes, We take client designs and client information very seriously. We do not share your designs/ideas to any other competitors.

3. Do I have to travel to India to look at your collection?

   You are welcome to visit our operation, but we also have a showroom in New York City and our sales representatives and agents are available to setup an appointment in Europe. Reach out to us and we can set up an appointment.

4. Do you provide quotation or estimates?

   Yes, after we receive your developments we can provide you an estimate quotation.

5. Do you charge for sampling?

   Sampling charges are at additional surcharge of 50%

6. Do you have minimums?

   Minimum order value should be 1000 US$

7. What is the process of work ? Do you show us work in progress images ?

   Yes, at each and every stage we provide status update and work in progress images for clients to approve and before they are ready to be shipped.

8. How do you ship?

   We can ship using various Courier services - UPS/FEDEX/DHL. We prefer you provide us your account details to setup the shipment. If you do not have an account we will add the shipping cost to the invoice.

9. Do you sell to the public?

   Unfortunately no, we are a business to business and do not produce for individuals looking to produce one-off pieces.

10. Do I have to setup an appointment with you ?

    Yes, sample meetings can only be arranged via prior appointments only.

11. I am based in the USA. Can your New York office help coordinate with the factory?

    Absolutely, we provide all services out of New York for our US based clients.

12. Payment Terms?

    We require 50% advance Deposit and the balance before shipping.

13. How do we accept payments?

    We accept all types of Payment forms - Bank Transfer/Wire, Credit Card, Paypal, Checks (US only)

14. Do you have ready made items for sale?

    No, everything is made to order.

15. Do we need to provide our own base fabric?

    We can provide the base fabric but if you have a special fabric for us to use, that would be good too.

16. Can you work around my budget?

    Yes! we prefer you give us the budget and we will be more than happy to help.
